For those coming to study, research or do an internship. Covers the length of your course and allows you to work a limited number of hours alongside it.

For people who can support themselves without working in Spain. Typically retirees, or those living on savings or passive income.

For non-EU professionals who work remotely for companies or clients based outside Spain. Can be applied for from your home country or from within Spain.

Your foreigner's identification number. The first thing you need for almost anything in Spain — buying, signing, working or paying tax.

For long-term residents who want to become Spanish nationals. The years of residence required depend on your case: ten as a rule, two for nationals of Latin American countries, one if you are married to a Spaniard. We prepare the file and the citizenship and language tests where they apply.

For the spouse, children and dependent parents of a non-EU national who has already lived in Spain for a year and renewed their permit. Your family joins you with residence and the right to work, and we check that your housing and income meet the thresholds before filing.

For the non-EU spouse, partner, children or dependent parents of a Spanish citizen. A five-year card that lets you live and work in Spain from the moment the application is submitted, with a direct route to permanent residence.

For close family of a Spanish citizen who are already in Spain without a residence permit: the parent of a Spanish child, or the spouse, partner, child or dependent parent of a Spaniard. Applied for from within Spain, without returning to your home country, and granted for five years with the right to work.
